Proceeding Submission
All accepted papers will be required to submit a proceeding which will be included in the official program of the Conference. Several documents have been prepared for instructions as well as document templates for papers and workshops. Final proceeding documents must be submitted by January 25, 2009.

Registration
The registration fee for the 2009 Conference are $175 (regular) and $50 (student). Registrations received after February 20, 2009 will be assessed a $25 late charge. Registrations can be processed online (with payment through Paypal or credit card) through the Conference Management System (CMS) using this link. If you prefer to remit payment by check, you may also register through mail by completing the registration form.

Conference Equipment
Conference presenters should be aware that LCD projectors will be available in each meeting/presentation room. However, laptop computers will not be provided; so you will need to arrange a laptop for your presentation. No overhead projection units will be available in the meeting rooms. In addition, we have been informed by the hotel thta Internet access will be available in the meeting rooms.
